About Your Submission
Every year visitors capture the show better than we do. If you have a photo or video from one of our Halloween or Christmas displays, send it our way and we may feature it on the site or on our social media.
Nothing you send is published automatically. Every submission goes to a private folder and is reviewed by us before it appears anywhere. If we use yours, we will credit you by the name you give below unless you ask us not to.
Permission to Use Your Content
Before uploading, please read and agree to the following. This is the same User-Submitted Content term found in our Privacy Policy.
By checking the box on the form below, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the content or have permission to share it
- The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
- Any people identifiable in the content have consented to its use
Please do not upload content showing identifiable children unless you are their parent or guardian, or you have permission from one.
You keep ownership of everything you send. This permission lets us show your work; it does not transfer your copyright, and it does not stop you from using your own photo or video however you like. If you later want something removed, email privacy@4040house.com and we will take it down.

What Happens Next
- Your files land in a private folder that is not published or linked anywhere
- Each file is checked for malware and validated before it is stored
- We review submissions by hand, usually within a week or two during show season
- If we use yours, it will appear on our Photos & Videos page or social media with your credit
- We keep the files whether or not we use them, so we can go back through past seasons - email privacy@4040house.com any time to have yours deleted
