We are happy to report that the physical build out of the Christmas 2025 show has been completed. While there are few small issues to resolve, we are already in the testubng phase and the big push to get the sequences done is now on.

We are really excited to present to the rebuilt Christmas show, and tyhere are a few really epic sequences for this year.

We are still on target for the soft-open/technical rehersals on 12/12 and 12/13 with full show opening 12/14/2025.

Important Show Etiquette

Please help us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

There will be NO PARKING in front of the house this year allowed.

The space is needed to provide better safety for visitor.

Cars parking in front of the house disturbs the show and the fumes from the cars is nasty.

🚗 Parking & Traffic	We are in West Seattle, and our street is VERY narrow, allowing only one-way, single-lane traffic. Please park one block north or south of the house and walk to the show.
📻 Audio & Volume	When using your FM radio (99.5), please be mindful of the volume and respect our neighbors. Keep voices down and be considerate.
❤️ Be Kind & Respectful	Be respectful of others enjoying the show, keep voices down, and please be kind to everyone. Thank you for helping us create a magical experience for all!

About Us

We have been doing holiday lights for many years, and five years ago, we began the journey into fully synchronized LED light shows.

Shows are sometimes presented as a playlist and other times we have an interactive feature where visitors may select songs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there parking available? ▼

No, is the short answer. Because of the narrow and one-way nature of our street, we ask people coming to view the light shows to park north or south of the house along 47th Ave SW and make the short walk to the house.

How is audio delivered? ▼

The music is delivered via outdoor speakers and low-power, very short-range FM radio (99.5).

Is the show interactive? ▼

Yes, visitors may request songs using the on-site provided QR code. Just scan the QR code and pick your favorite songs. The jukebox feature is ON when the main show is not running (the annual "curated" show runs 15-20 minutes, at the top of the hour). In between, the jukebox is available.

How many LEDs are used to make up the shows? ▼

Both the Christmas and Halloween shows are over 100,000+ pixels in total, with the total LED count this year at a little over 500,000 (a pixel has 3 LEDs each). There are now a total of eleven (11) controllers that provide power and data to the pixels. We have added a new flame effect, two vertical geysers and the fobbles machine (smoke filled bubbles).

How big is your electric bill? ▼

The LEDs are low voltage (12VDC) and consume less electricity than you would think. Running both shows typically only adds $250 to our electric bill for the year.

You show a lot of corgi images. Why? ▼

Yes, we are proud corgi parents (two of them, so far), and corgi folk are known to go a bit overboard.
